بررسی تاثیرتنش شوری بر پتانسیل اسمزی، میزان غلظت قندها و پروتئین های محلول در ژنوتیپ های مختلف برنج در مرحله گیاهچه ای
برنج یکی از گونه های نسبتاً حساس به تنش شوری است که از نظر تحمل یا حساسیت به تنش شوری، تنوع ژنت کیی زیادی در مخزنژنت کیی انواع زراعی آن نیز دیده می شود. به منظور بررسی تغ ییرات غلظت قندها و پروتئین های محلول در محیط آبکشت، آزمایشی درسال 86 – 1385 در شرایط گلخانه ای در پژوهشکده بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی ایران انجام شد. تیمار شوری در دو سطح محلول عادی یوشیداو یا حاوی 100 میلی مولار کلرید سدیم ) EC=12dS m-1 .( در مرحله شش برگی به مدت یک هفته اعمال شد، و نمونه گیری طی این مدت درفواصل زمانی )صفر ، 4، 12 ، 24 ، 48،96 و 168 ساعت( پس از اعمال تیمار, از پهنک برگ شششم غلاف به عمل آمد وغلظت قندها و پروتئینها پس از استخراج توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفوتومتر اندازه گیری شدند. در این آزمایش غلظت قندهای محلول در رقم خارجی متحمل به شوریIR651( ( طی دوره اعمال تنش به شکل بسیار معنی داری افزایش پیدا کرد، حال آنکه در سایر ارقام ایرانی و رقم حساس به شوری ) )IR29غلظت قندها تحت تیمار تنش عدم تغییر و یا کاهش را نشان داد. از طرفی تغییر معنی داری در غلظت پروتئین های محلول در هیچ یک ازارقام تحت تیمار تنشی مشاهده نشد هر چند که در رقم متحمل به شوری به خلاف سایر ارقام غلظت پروتئین ها افزایش پیدا کرد. از این روکاهش پتانسیل اسمزی تا 43 / 1- مگاپاسکال در رقم متحمل را می توان به توان بالای این رقم در سنتز ترکیبات سازگار جهت تنظیم اسمزیبه منظور جلوگیری از پسابیدگی نسبت داد.

تعیین زمان بهینه کشت گندم دیم در استان کردستان
زراعت دیم ضمن گستردگی، در مقایسه با کشت آبی وابستگی بیشتری با عوامل آب و هوایی نظیر بارش و دما دارد. گندم مهمترین گیاهزراعی کشور است و گندم دیم با 1/ 62 درصد بیشترین سهم اراضی زیر کشت گندم را به خود اختصاص داده است. بنابراین تعیین زمان مناسبکشت این محصول از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در این راستا با استفاده از آمار روزانه چهل ساله بارندگی و دما در ده ایستگاه که توانپوشش منطقه مورد مطالعه را داشته باشند و طبق تعاریف اشترن برای باران موثر و نیز با لحاظ نمودن شرط دمای مناسب جوانه زنی گندم،زمان مناسب کشت با روش های کریجینگ، کوکریجینگ، و میانگین متحرک وزنی تعیین شد. و هر یک از این رو شها برای تعاریف ارائه شدهو در دو سطح احتمال 50 % و 75 % با معیارهای آماری MAE و MBE مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی روش های میان یابینشان داد که روش کوکریجینگ با توجه به معیارهای آماری ذکر شده، علیرغم پیچیدگی هایی که دارد تفاوت چندانی با کریجینگ نداشت .هر دو تخمینگر نسبت به میانگین متحرک وزنی نتایج بهتری از خود نشان دادند. بنابراین استفاده از کریجینگ معمولی و تعریف اول با احتمال%50 در اولویت قرار دارد.

بررسی اثر تیمارهای مختلف آبیاری و زیر شکنی بر عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد ذرت دانه ای
این پژوهش به منظور بررسیکاهش فشردگی خاک و تعداد آبیاری و در نتیجه افزایش کارایی مصرف آب گیاه ذرت در قالب آزمایشاسپلیت بلوک )استریپ پلات( در پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در سال های 1383 - 1385 به مدت سه سال در منطقه مغانIاجرا شد. عامل زیرشکنی در سه سطح زیر شکنی 40 و 60 سانتی متر و بدون زیرشکنی در نوار عمودی و عامل آبیاری در سه سطح I2 ،I1 و 3)به ترتیب آبیاری پس از 80 ، 100 و 120 میلی متر تبخی ر از طشتککلاس A( در نوار افقی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف عملکرد دان ه درسطوح مختل ف زیرشکنی و رژیم های مختلف آبیاری از نظر آماری در سطح احتمال کی درصد معنی داری ولی اثر متقابل این دو عامل از نظرآمار یغیرمعنی دار بو د. تیمارهای زیرشکنی به عمق 60 و 40 سانتی متر به ترتیب با 5/ 12 و 3/ 12 تن در هکتار بالاترین و تیمار بدون زیرشکنیبا 15 / 11 تن در هکتار پایین ترین عملکرد را داشتند. بیشترین عملکرد دانه ) 68 / 12 تن در هکتار( مربوط به رژیم آبیاری I2 و کمترین عملکرد)10/78 تن در هکتار( مربوط به رژیم آبیاری I3 بو د. میزان افزایش عملکرد تیمارهای زیرشکنی به عمق 60 و 40 سانتی متر نسبت به تیماربدو نزیرشکنی متفاوت بود. به طوری که این افزایش در تیمار آبیاری I1 به ترتیب 40 / 8 و 05 / 3 درصد بود. تجزیه واریانس شاخص مخروط درعمق های مختلف خاک نشان داد تاثیر زیرشکنی بر این شاخص از نظر آماری معنی آماری بود و زیرشکنی باعث بهبود شاخص مخروط شدهاست. به طور کلی کارایی زیر شکنی در تیمارهای مختلف آبیاری متفاوت بوده و در صورت کمبود آب و افزایش فاصله آبیاری کارآیی زیرشکنینیز افزایش م ییابد.

تأثیر تیمار کردن بذر تحت شرایط تنش )شوری و خشکی( بر جوانه زنی گیاه گلرنگ
برای ارزیابی خصوصیات جوانه زنی رقم کوسه گیاه گلرنگ ، سه تیمار بذری شاهد، نیترات پتاسیم و هیدروپرایمینگ اعمال شد. تنش شوریتوسط نمک کلرید سدیم و تنش خشکی توسط پلی اتیلن گلیکول 6000 در پتانسیل های 0، 3/ 0- و 6/ 0- مگا پاسکال با هدایت الکتریکی 0، 6 و12 دسی زیمنس اعمال شد. شاخص جوانه زنی، نسبت طول ساقه چه به طول ریشه چه، روزها تا 50 درصد جوانه زنی ) D50 ( و تعداد جوانه هایغیر طبیعی اندازه گیری شد. در تیمار با هیدروپرایمینگ، شاخص جوانه زنی و نسبت طول ریشه چه به طول ساقه چه افزایش یافت. با افزایشسطوح شوری، شاخص جوانه زنی و نسبت طول ساقه چه به طول ریشه چه کاهش یافت؛ اما روزها تا 50 درصد جوانه زنی و تعداد جوانه هایغیر طبیعی افزایش یافت. با افزایش سطوح تنش خشکی، نسبت طول ساقه چه به طول ریشه چه نقصان پیدا کرد؛ اما روزها تا 50 درصد جوانهزنی و تعداد جوانه های غیر طبیعی افزایش یافت. هیدروپرایمینگ باعث بهبود جوانه زنی تحت تنش شوری و خشکی و شرایط بدون تنششد. به علاوه، انجام این تیمار بذری، ساده بود؛ و به مواد شیمیایی گران قیمت یا تجهیزات فراوان نیز نیاز نداشت. بنابراین، هیدروپرایمینگتوانست خصوصیات مربوط به جوانه زنی گلرنگ تحت شرایط تنش شوری و خشکی را در آزمایشگاه بهبود بخشد.

بررسی تأثیر کاربرد گوگرد و کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کتان روغنی ). )Linum ustatissimum L
به منظور مطالعه اثر کود گوگرد، باکتری حل کننده فسفات و تیوباسیلوس )باکتری اکسید کننده گوگرد( بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکردکتان روغنی ). Linum ustatissimum L ( آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال1388 در ایستگاه تحقیقات خاک و آب ماهیدشت کرمانشاه اجرا شد. در این آزمایش گوگرد به عنوان فاکتور اصلی در سه سطح ) 0، 1000 و2000 کیلوگرم در هکتار( و باکتری حل کننده فسفات در سه سطح ) 0، 100 و 200 گرم در هکتار( بعنوان فاکتور فرعی همچنین سه سطح مایهتلقیح تیوباسیلوس Thiobacillus thiooxidans )نسبت وزنی مایه تلقیح به گوگرد مصرفی معادل 0، 2 و 4 درصد( به عنوان فاکتور فرعیفرعی انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات متقابل دوگانه و سه گانه روی صفات مورد بررسی معنی دار بود. به نحوی که بیشترین عملکرددانه ) 2097 کیلوگرم در هکتار( مربوط به کاربرد 1000 کیلوگرم گوگرد همراه با 100 گرم باکتری حل کننده فسفات در هکتار و 2% باکتریتیوباسیلوس بود و کمترین عملکرد دانه ) 6/ 928 کیلوگرم در هکتار( با کاربرد 2000 کیلوگرم گوگرد و 100 گرم باکتری حل کننده فسفات درهکتار به همراه 2% تیوباسیلوس به دست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده اثرات مثبت کاربرد گوگرد و کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد و اجزایعملکرد کتان روغنی است به طوری که گوگرد تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به باکتری حل کننده فسفات و تیوباسیلوس روی عملکرد گیاه کتانداشت.

تنش شوری بر رشد یونجه ) Medicago sativa ( از مرحله جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه تا میزان علوفه خشک اثر می گذارد. بنابراینانتخاب واریته های متحمل به شوری و درک مکانیسم های احتمالی در تحمل به شوری در مرحله آزمایشگاهی و مزرعه ای امکان تولید بیشترو گسترش کشت این گیاه در خاک های شور کشور را فراهم می کند. بنابراین این آزمایش برای ارزیابی 9 رقم یونجه )رنجر، بمی، یزدی،نیکشهری، قره یونجه، اصفهانی، پایونیر، رهنانی و همدانی( و بررسی فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی در مرحله جوانه زنی و گیاهچه ای واندازه گیری ارتفاع، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد گره در ساقه، وزن خشک و پروتئین این ارقام در شرایط تنش شوری ) 0، 60 ، 120 و 180 میلیمولار نمک کلرید سدیم( در مزرعه انجام شد. طول و وزن خشک ریشه چه و ساقه چه تحت تیمارهای شوری کاهش یافت. واریته های رهنانیو اصفهانی متحمل ترین و واریته های پایونیر و بمی حساس ترین واریته ها نسبت به شوری بودند. در واریته های متحمل به شوری میزانفعالیت آنزیم های سوپراکسید دیسموتاز ) SOD (، گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز ) GR (، پراکسیداز ) POX ( و آسکوربات پراکسیداز ) APX ( حداکثر ودر واریته های حساس به شوری حداقل بود. میزان مالون دآلدئید ) MDA ( در واریته های متحمل به شوری در مقایسه با واریته های حساس بهشوری، کمتر بود. رقم رهنانی در چین سوم بیشترین ) 4/ 6 تن در هکتار( میزان علوفه خشک را تولید کرده است در حالیکه رقم بمی کمترین) 0/7 تن در هکتار( میزان علوفه خشک را به خود اختصاص داد. بین میزان فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی اندازه گیری شده در مرحلهگیاهچه ای و تحمل به شوری در مزرعه ارتباط و همبستگی قابل قبولی وجود دارد. ارقام رهنانی و اصفهانی که بیشترین سطح فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانی را در گیاهچه یونجه دارا بودند، بیشترین تحمل به شوری را نیز طی چین های مختلف در مزرعه نشان دادند. ارقام رهنانیو اصفهانی با میزان کمتر MDA همراه با فعالیت بالاتر آنتی اکسیدان ها در شرایط شوری، دارای ظرفیت بالاتری جهت حذف گونه های فعالاکسیژن تولیدی و ثبات عملکرد بهتری در مقایسه با ارقام حساس می باشند. همچنین با توجه به اینکه افزایش فعالیت آنتی اکسیدان ها بیانکننده افزایش حذف گونه های فعال اکسیژن می باشد، لذا اغلب از این ویژگی به عنوان یک شاخص قابل اعتماد جهت بیان افزایش تحملشوری استفاده می شود. بنابراین به منظور توسعه سطح کشت ارقام یونجه در مناطق شور و یا اصلاح ارقام حساس به شوری می توان از نتایجاین تحقیق بهره مند شد.

ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی صفات مؤثر برعملکرد در لوبیا ). )Phaseolus vulgaris L تحت شرایط عدم تنش و تنش رطوبتی قبل از غلاف دهی
به منظور شناسایی مهم ترین صفات زراعی مؤثر بر عملکرد و همچنین جهت ارزیابی تنوع پذیری و قابلیّت توارث آن ها در 9 رقم لوبیا،آزمایشی درقالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار تحت شرایط معمولی و تنش رطوبتی قبل از غلاف دهی )تنش شدید( انجام شد.نتایج تجزیه واریانس در هر دو شرایط نشان داد که تفاوت ارقام برای بیشتر صفات معنی دار ) pژنتیکی متفاوت در ارقام مختلف مورد نظر می باشد. براساس نتایج مقایسه میانگین ها، بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد اقتصادی در هر دو شرایطمعمولی و تنش شدید رطوبتی به ترتیب متعلق به ارقام دانشکده و گلی بود که بالا بودن میانگین صفات روز از کاشت تا 50 % غلاف دهی، روز ازکاشت تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک و طول دوره پر شدن غلاف در رقم گلی، در هر دو شرایط معمولی و بویژه در شرایط تنش شدید، با اثرگذاریبر صفات مؤثر بر اجزاء عملکرد سبب کاهش میزان عملکرد اقتصادی در این رقم گردید. نتایج همبستگی صفات در هر دو شرایط نشان دهندههمبستگی بالای عملکرد با صفات وزن غلاف، شاخص برداشت، زیست توده و تعداد غلاف در بوته بود. نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون گام به گام نشانداد که مهمترین صفات تأثیرگذار بر صفت عملکرد دانه در هر دو شرایط، به ترتیب وزن غلاف، شاخص برداشت و زیست توده بودند که با نتایجهمبستگی نیز مطابقت داشت. همچنین تحت شرایط تنش رطوبتی، بیشترین و کمترین تنوع ژنتیکی به ترتیب مربوط به صفات تعداد غلافدربوته و روز از کاشت تا 50 % غلاف دهی بود. بیشترین وکمترین درصد وراثت پذیری تحت شرایط تنش رطوبتی به ترتیب مربوط صفات روزاز کاشت تا 50 % غلاف دهی و تعداد دانه دربوته بود.

تأثیر شکل های سوسپانسیونی و دانه ای کودهای حاوی فسفات بر فسفر، آهن و روی قابل جذب خاک
برای مقایسه کارآیی کودهای فسفات دار مایع و جامد بر افزایش فسفر قابل جذب برای گیاه، آزمایشی بر روی دو خاک آهکی انجام شد.به نمونه های خاک، دانه ای از کود حاوی فسفات و یا به همان مقدار سوسپانسیون کود افزوده گردید. هم چنین به منظور ارزیابی اثر اسیدیکردن سوسپانسیون بر افزایش قابلیت جذب فسفر، در تیمار دیگری اسید سولفوریک نیز به سوسپانسیون اضافه گردید. پس از گذشت 14 ،36 و 165 روز فسفر قابل جذب اندازه گیری شد. کود سوسپانسیون اسیدی در خاک شماره یک، پس از گذشت 14 روز فسفر قابل جذب را درحدود 30 درصد بیش تر از تیمار دانه ای افزایش داد؛ ولی اثربخشی سوسپانسیون بدون اسید، مشابه کود دانه ای بود. در خاک شماره دو و پساز گذشت 14 روز، تفاوت معنی داری میان اثربخشی کودها مشاهده نشد. پس از 36 روز، فسفر قابل جذب در تیمار کود دانه ای در خاک هایشماره یک و دو به ترتیب حدود 120 و 40 درصد بیش تر از تیمار سوسپانسیون بود. پس از گذشت 165 روز نیز فسفر قابل جذب خاک هایشماره یک و دو که کود دانه ای دریافت کرده بودند، به ترتیب 450 و 130 درصد نسبت به سوسپانسیون برتری داشت. هم چنین اندازه گیریها نشان داد که شکل کود حاوی فسفات تأثیر مشخصی بر آهن و روی قابل جذب برای گیاه نداشت. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد در صورتی کهگیاه بتواند در مدت زمان کوتاهی پس از مصرف سوسپانسیون، فسفر مورد نیاز خود را از خاک جذب نماید، کود فسفات دار دانه ای با مقداریک سانی از سوسپانسیون قابل جایگزینی می باشد. در غیر این صورت به مقادیر بیش تری از کود سوسپانسیونی نیاز است.

تاثیر تیمارهای مختلف پرایمینگ بر ویژگی های مرفوفیزیولوژیکی و عملکرد دو رقم گندم در شرایط مطلوب و قطع آبیاری
کشت دیر هنگام و کمبود نزولات آسمانی از جمله مشکلات عمده در زراعت گندم در مزارع کشور به شمار می رود. بدین منظور آزمایشیجهت القاء تحمل به تنش رطوبتی تحت شرایط مزرعه ای در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان آذربایجان غربی در سال زراعی1387-88 اجرا شد.آزمایش بصورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار بود که در آن فاکتور اصلیتنش شامل دو سطح آبیاری معمول )عدم تنش( و قطع آبیاری پس از ساقه رفتن )تنش رطوبتی( و فاکتوریل رقم گندم شامل) a1 =زرین،a2 =سرداری(، 6 سطح پیش تیمار بذور شامل) b1 =پلی اتیلن گل کیول 10 درصد، b2 =کلرید پتاسیم 5/ 2 درصد، b3 =کلرید سدیم 3 درصد، b4 =شاهد، b5 =هاردنینگ و b6 =اکسین) ppm10 (( به عنوان فاکتور فرعی، به صورت فاکتوریل به کرتهای فرعی اختصاص یافتند. تنش رطوبتی در مزرعه با قطع آبیاری از مرحله ساقه رفتن اعمال شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مزرعه ای نشان داد که به جز صفات محتوای نسبی آب برگپرچم و تعداد پنجه بارور تمامی صفات از قبیل عملکرد دانه، تعداد سنبلچه در هر سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، ماده خشک کل، وزن هزار دانه،مساحت برگ پرچم، ارتفاع بوته و میزان کلروفیل برگ پرچم تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار گرفتند. تیمار بذور باعث بهبود بسیاری از صفات از قبیلعملکرد دانه )افزایش 35 درصدی( در پیش تیمار با تنظیم کننده های رشدی در رقم زرین در شرایط عدم تنش می شود. بهترین نتایج در بینپیش تیمارهای مختلف از پیش تیمارهای هورمونی بر روی صفاتی همچون تعداد سنبله در متر مربع، تعداد سنبلچه در هر سنبله، تعداد دانهدر سنبله و عملکرد دانه حاصل شد. در کنار پیش تیمارهای هورمونی، هیدرو پرایمینگ و هاردنینگ )با عملکرد دانه به ترتیب 2/ 562 ، 7/ 532گرم بر مترمربع( نیز نتایجی نزدیک به پیش تیمارهای هورمونی نشان داد که به علت بالا بودن هزینه پیش تیمار کردن با مواد تنظیم کنندهرشد توصیه می شود از پیش تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ استفاده شود که هزینه کمتری دارد. پیش تیمار کردن بذور موجب تسریع مراحل نمویگیاه می شود و از این طریق حداقل یک مرحله آبیاری مزرعه کاهش می یابد. با توجه به شرایط آب و هوایی خشک و نیمه خشک کشورمانپیش تیمار بذور ضروری می باشد.

ارزیابی اثرات اختاط در مخزن عل فک ش فورام سولفورون با نیکوسولفورون با افزودن سولفات آمونیوم در کنترل علف هرز سوروف Echinochloa crus-galli (L) Beauv( ( در ذرت). )Zea mays L
یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای کاهش مصرف علف ک شها، بهینه سازی مصرف آنهاست. یکی از راهکارهای اساسی در این زمینه، اختلاطعلف ک شها م یباشد. به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر علف ک شهای فورام سولفورون و نیکوسولفورون و اختلاط آنها با ماده افزودنی سولفات آمونیوم وبدون آن برعلف هرز سوروف در ذرت، پژوهشی در قالب 3 آزمایش جداگانه طی سال های 91 - 1390 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزیدانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. آزمایش اول جهت تعیین مقدارکاربرد علف ک شهای فورام سولفورون و نیکوسولفورون در شرایط گلخانهانجام شد. آزمایش دوم به منظور ارزیابی اثر نسب تهای مختلف اختلاط دو علف کش ) 75 % فورام سولفورن + 25 % نیکوسولفورون، 50 %فورام سولفورون + 50 % نیکوسولفورون و 25 % فورام سولفورون + 75 % نیکوسولفورون( مبتنی بر دز توصیه شده بدست آمده از آزمایش اولانجام شد.آزمایش سوم شامل تیمارهای آزمایش دوم به همراه ماده افزودنی سولفات آمونیوم بود. نتایج نشان داد که هر دو علف کش بدون مادهافزودنی سولفات آمونیوم در مقادیر کاربرد بالا باعث کنترل سوروف شدند. در اختلاط دو عل فکش باهم و بدون ماده افزودنی سولفات آمونیومنسبت اختلاط 75 % فورام سولفورون + 25 % نیکوسولفورون بیشترین کاهش را در وزن خشک عل ف هرز سوروف در مقایسه با دیگر نسبت هانشان داد و اثرات اختلاط این دو علف کش با هم روی علف هرز سوروف افزایشی بود. از طرفی اختلاط دو علف کش به همراه ماده افزودنیسولفات آمونیوم دارای اثر هم افزا بر علف هرز سوروف بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اختلاط این دو علف کش با ماده افزودنی سولفا تآمونیومو بدون آن هی چگونه تاثیر نامطلوبی بر روی ذرت ایجاد نکرد.

تاثیر ادوات خاک ورزی، زمان و تعداد شخم دوم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد برنج
هدف از انجام این آزمایش، بررسی کنترل غیرشیمیایی علف های هرز و جلوگیری از کاهش عملکرد برنج با تهیه مطلوب زمین به خصوصانجام شخم دوم )پادلینگ( بود. بدین منظور آزمایشی طی دو سال زراعی 1390 و 1391 در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی برنج تنکابن )چپرسر(، واقع دراستان مازندران انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه فاکتور شامل نوع ابزار )راست کاول وروتیواتور(، زمان انجام شخم دوم ) 20 و 10 روز قبل از نشاءکاری( و تعداد دفعات شخم دوم )یک و دو بار( در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. نتایج حاصلاز تجزیه مرکب داد هها نشان داد که اثر سال بر سرعت پیشروی تیلر، مدت انجام پادلینگ و عملکرد دانه معنی دار است. اثر نوع ابزار و زمانخاک ورزی بر سرعت پیشروی تیلر معنی دار بود. اثر تعداد دفعات خاک ورزی دوم بر تعداد دانه پر معنی دار شد. تعداد علف هرز در واحد سطحو عملکرد دانه تحت تاثیر فاکتو رهای اعمال شده قرار نگرفتند. بیشترین سرعت پیشروی تیلر با انجام یک بار شخم دوم با رتیواتور ) 27 / 2متر بر ثانیه( بدست آمد. کمترین مدت زمان انجام پادلینگ با میانگین 47 / 4 دقیقه در هر پلات، در انجام دو بار شخم دوم در 20 روز قبل ازنشاءکاری به دست آمد. میانگین عملکرد دانه برنج 4/ 3689 یکلوگرم در هکتار بود.

بررسی الگوی فصلی شکار پس از انتشار بذر خردل وحشی ) Sinapis arvensis ( و جودره ) Hordeum spantaneum ( در مزرعه گندم در منطقه کرج
به منظور ارزیابی اثر شکار پس از انتشار بذر در مزرعه گندم، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سهتکرار طی سال های 92 - 1391 در کرج انجام شد. عامل های مورد بررسی شامل گونه های گیاهی در دو سطح )جودره و خردل وحشی(، تاریخنمونه برداری در 14 سطح )از 22 آذر 1391 تا 1 تیر 1392 به فاصله هر دو هفته( و مکان نمونه برداری در دو سطح )حاشیه و وسط مزرعه( بود.بذرها پس از قرار گرفتن در پتری در کر تها قرار داده شدند. در هر تاریخ نمونه برداری نیز کی پتری شاهد محتوای بذر همان گونه در کرت هاقرار داده شد و سپس میزان بذر از دست رفته محاسبه شد. به طور کلی نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین درصد شکار بذر در تاریخ 4خرداد در وسط مزرعه مربوط به علف هرز جودره و کمترین میزان شکار در تاریخ 24 فروردین مربوط به علف هرز جودره در حاشیه مزرعه بود.بیشترین تعداد شکارگر در 18 خرداد مربوط به علف هرز جودره بود، در حالی که کمترین تعداد شکارگر در تاریخ 20 دی در جودره و خردلوحشی و 4 بهمن در خردل وحشی بود. بیشترین تعداد شکارگر در تاریخ 4 خرداد در وسط مزرعه و کمترین تعداد شکارگر نیز در 20 دی و 4بهمن در وسط مزرعه و 20 دی و 28 بهمن در حاشیه مزرعه مشاهده شد به طوری که در این تیمارها هیچ شکارگری در مزرعه مشاهده نشد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده در تحقیق مورچه ها ) Formicidae ( و جیرجیرک ها ) Gryllidae ( بیشترین و کمترین تعداد شکارگر را به ترتیببه خود اختصاص دادند.

تأثیر تاریخ کاشت بر برخی صفات فنولوژیکی، مورفولوژیکی، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد پنج رقم کلزا
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت بر صفات فنولوژیک، مورفولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد پنج رقم کلزا در مرکز تحقیقاتکشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان تهران در سال زراعی 89 - 1388 اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت کرت های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک هایکامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار اجرا شد. تاریخ کاشت در چهار سطح ) 20 شهریور، 5 مهر، 20 مهر )عرف منطقه( و 5 آبان( به عنوان کرت های اصلیو 5 رقم کلزا )هایولا 401 ، اکاپی، ساری گل، زرفام و RGS003 ( به عنوان کرت های فرعی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در این آزمایش صفاتطول دوره جوانه زنی، طول دوره گلدهی، تعداد روز تا گلدهی و رسیدگی، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه فرعی، طول خورجین روی ساقه های اصلیو فرعی، تعداد خورجین در بوته، تعداد دانه در خورجین و عملکرد دانه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تاریخ کاشت بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه بهجز تعداد روز تا رسیدگی و طول خورجین ساقه اصلی اثر معنی داری ) P<0.05 ( داشت. تفاوت بین ارقام کلزا در رابطه با تعداد روز رشد، طولدوره گلدهی، ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد معنی دار ) P<0.05 ( بود. تغییر در تاریخ کاشت باعث شد که مراحل نمو گیاه با عواملمحیطی متفاوتی مواجه شود که این عوامل بر تولید گیاه موثر بود. تأخیر در کاشت، باعث برخورد دوره پرشدن دانه با دماهای بالای محیط شدکه این شرایط کاهش عملکرد دانه را در پی داشت، به طوری که تاریخ کاشت 20 شهریور با میانگین 3198 کیلوگرم در هکتار و تاریخ کاشت 5آبان با میانگین 2293 کیلوگرم در هکتار به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه را به خود اختصاص دادند. از میان ارقام مورد بررسی، رقمRGS003 بیشترین عملکرد دانه را تولید نمود.

تأثیر رقابت علف های هرز بر صفات مرفوفیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کلزای رقم زرفام در ورامین
به منظور بررسی اثر رقابت علف های هرز بر ویژگی های مرفوفیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کلزا، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 89 -1388 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان تهران در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و چهارده تیمار به مرحلهاجرا درآمد. تیمارها در دو گروه، به ترتیب رقابت با علف های هرز تا مراحل رشدی سبز شدن، دو برگی، چهار برگی، شش برگی، هشت برگی،ظهور جوانه گل و برداشت و گروه دوم حذف علف های هرز تا مراحل مذکور بود. تداوم رقابت با علف های هرز باعث شد تا به دلیل سایه اندازیعلف های هرز، ارتفاع بوته افزایش یابد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که حذف علف های هرز بر صفاتی همچون تعداد شاخه فرعی در بوته، فاصلهاولین شاخه فرعی خورجین دار از زمین، تعداد خورجین در بوته، تعداد دانه در خورجین، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه،شاخص برداشت و عملکرد روغن، معنی دار و بر صفاتی مانند طول خورجین و درصد روغن دانه معنی دار نبود. نتایج به دست آمده از اینآزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین رقابت علف های هرز با کلزا، بین مراحل سبز شدن تا ظهور جوانه گل می باشد. به طور کلی مشخص شد کهمبارزه با علف های هرز در این دوره می تواند به طور معنی داری از کاهش عملکرد جلوگیری نماید.

تأثیر منابع مختلف مواد آلی بر پایداری علف کش متری بیوزین در خاک در شرایط کنترل شده آزمایشگاهی
در بین انواع آلایند هها، آفت ک شها و ب هویژه علف ک شها، به واسطه استفاده گسترده در سراسر دنیا از پتانسیل بالایی در آلودن منابعآب و خاک برخوردارند. به منظور بررسی تاثیر کودهای آلی مختلف بر پایداری و تجزیه علف کش متری بیوزین، آزمایشی به قالب طرح کاملاتصادفی در سه تکرار در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی در این آزمایش شامل کاربرد چهارنوع کود آلی )کودهای گاوی، گوسفندی، مرغی و کمپوست زباله شهری، به میزان 5/ 2 درصد وزنی( به همراه شاهد )بدون کاربرد کودهایآلی( و با هفت دوره زمان نگهداری نمونه ها در داخل انکوباتور )صفر، 5، 15 ، 30 ، 50 ، 90 و 120 روز( بودند. برای آلوده سازی نمون ههای خاکبه متری بیوزین از انحلال متری بیوزین تجاری در آب استفاده شد و نمونه ها به نسبت 5 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم خاک آلوده شدند. در طولآزمایش، نمونه ها در دمای ثابت 25 درجه سانتی گراد و در شرایط تاریکی و در 7 بازه زمانی صفر، 5، 15 ، 30 ، 50 ، 90 و 120 روز در انکوباتورنگهداری شدند و باقیمانده متری بیوزین در پایان هر دوره خواباندن نمون هها توسط دستگاه HPLC تعیین شد. تحلیل نتایج با استفاده ازآنالیز رگرسیون و برازش داد هها روی معادله کینتیک مرتبه اول انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از تاثیر معنی دار کاربرد کودهای آلی بر سرعت تجزیهو نیمه عمر متری بیوزین در خاک بود، به نحوی که ضریب تجزیه متری بیوزین در تیمارهای کاربرد کمپوست زباله شهری، کود مرغی، کود گاویو کود گوسفندی به ترتیب 36 / 1، 29 / 1، 22 / 1 و 17 / 1 برابر تیمار فاقد ماده آلی بود. همچنین مشاهده شد که نیمه عمر متری بیوزین در تیمارهای مذکور به ترتیب 87 ، 92 ، 97 و 103 روز بود که در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد ) 119 روز( کاهش معنی داری داشت. بطور کلی نتایج حاصل از اینآزمایش نشان دادند که مواد آلی نقش مهمی در افزایش سرعت تجزیه و کاهش نیمه عمر متری بیوزین در خاک داشته و از پتانسیل بالایی درپالایش این علف کش از خاک برخوردارند.

شناسایی والدین مناسب برای تولید ارقام هیبرید برنج از طریق ارزیابی قابلیت ترکیب پذیری و هتروزیس
برنج غذای اصلی مردم ایران است. با توجه به افزایش جمعیت لازم است که تولید برنج افزایش یابد. بهره برداری از هتروزیس به عنوانراهکاری برای افزایش بیشتر عملکرد برنج می باشد. انتخاب والدین مناسب، مهم ترین گام در هر برنامه اصلاحی به خصوص تولید برنج هیبریدم یباشد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی والدین مناسب برای تولید ارقام برنج هیبرید در مزرعه آموزشی-پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی ومنابع طبیعی ساری انجام شد. بدین منظور در سال 1390 ، پنج لاین تجدید کننده باروری و پنج تستر نرعقیم سیتوپلاسمی جهت تولید 25هیبرید F1 به روش لاین ×تستر با یکدیگر تلاقی داده شدند. در سال بعد بذور هیبرید های حاصل به همراه والدین در قالب طرح بلوک هایکامل تصادفی کشت شدند. هفت صفت کمی پس از اندازه گیری در طول فصل رشد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بینژنوتی پها برای کلیه صفات مورد بررسی تفاوت های معنی داری )در سطح 1%( وجود دارد. مجموع مربعات ژنوتیپ ها به مجموع مربعات والدین،والدین در مقابل تلاقی ها و تلاقی ها تجزیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که تستر T1 و لاین های L2 ،L1 و L3 با توجه به متوسط وضعیت صفاتزراعی و اثرات GCA خوب به عنوان بهترین والدین برای بهبود عملکرد شناخته شدند. از بین F1 ها نیز هیبریدهای ،L3×T2 ،L3 × T1L1×T5 ،L1×T2 و L5×T5 با توجه به متوسط وضعیت، اثرات SCA و مقادیر هتروزیس هیبریدهای امیدبخش برای عملکرد بودند.

اثر بقایای گیاهی و کود نیتروژن بر خصوصیات زیستی خاک و شاخص های کارایی مصرف نیتروژن و میزان توزیع مجدد ماده خشک در گندم
به منظور بررسی تاثیر بقایای گیاهی و سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن بر خصوصیات بیولوژیک خاک، شاخص های کارایی نیتروژن و میزانتوزیع مجدد ماده خشک در گندم، آزمایشی به صورت کرت های خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار به اجرادرآمد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کاربرد بقایای گیاهی ) %50 :CR1 کاه و کلش جو، %50 :CR2 کاه جو + ماشک گل خوشه ای )کود سبز(،CR3 : ماشک علوفه ای، CR4 : کاه کامل گندم، CR5 : کلزا + ماش )کود سبز( %25 :CR6 کاه گندم، CR7 : ماش دانه ای، CR8 : بدون کاربردبقایا( به عنوان کرت اصلی و سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن ) 270 :F2 ،160 :F1 و 360 :F3 کیلوگرم در هکتار از منبع اوره( به عنوان کرت فرعیدر نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج حاصل از آزمایش نشان داد که کاربرد همزمان کاه و کلش جو + ماشک و بقایای کلزا + ماش باعث افزایش تنفسمیکروبی و کربن بیوماس میکروبی خاک می شود. همچنین اثر متقابل بقایا و کود نیتروژن بر خصوصیات زیستی خاک معنی دار شد و افزایشکود نیتروژن تا سطح 360 کیلوگرم در هکتار در تیمار بدون کاربرد بقایای گیاهی باعث کاهش 2/ 16 درصدی تنفس و در تیمار کاربرد کاه کاملگندم سبب افزایش 8/ 11 درصدی تنفس میکروبی خاک گردید. بیشترین میزان کربن بیوماس خاک در تیمار 270 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود کهبا تیمار 360 کیلوگرم در هکتار تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. با افزایش کود نیتروژن از 160 تا 360 کیلوگرم در هکتار، کارایی مصرف نیتروژن،کارایی جذب نیتروژن، کارایی به کارگیری نیتروژن و شاخص برداشت نیتروژن کاهش یافت. کاربرد بقایای گیاهی، شاخص های کارایی نیتروژنرا نسبت به تیمار بدون کاربرد بقایا افزایش داد. همچنین میزان توزیع مجدد ماده خشک در گندم با افزایش نیتروژن افزایش یافت در حالیکه بین سطوح 270 تا 360 کیلوگرم در هکتار تفاوت معنی داری از لحاظ کارایی توزیع مجدد وجود نداشت. درنهایت تیمارهای CR2F2 وCR5F2 به عنوان تیمارهای برتر در این تحقیق معرفی شدند.

اثر بقایای گیاهی و سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن بر کیفیت و غلظت عناصر ریزمغذی در دانه گندم
به منظور بررسی اثر کاربرد بقایای گیاهی و سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن بر میزان عناصر غذایی پرمصرف و کم مصرف در دانه گندم وهمچنین اثر بر میزان کربوهیدرات و وزن خشک کل، پژوهشی در سال زراعی 93 - 1391 با استفاده از آزمایش اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح پایهبلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از کاربرد بقایای گیاهی شامل : ) %50 :CR1 کاه و کلشجو، %50 :CR2 کاه جو + ماشک گل خوشه ای )کود سبز(، CR3 : کود سبز، CR4 : کاربرد کاه و کلش کامل گندم، CR5 : بقایای کلزا، :CR6بدون کاربرد بقایای گیاهی، در کرت های اصلی و سطوح مختلف کود نیتروژن شامل: ) 150 ، 270 و 360 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن از منبع اوره(به عنوان کرت فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد بقایای گیاهی در سطح احتمال 1% در میزان عناصر فسفر، نیتروژن، پتاس،منگنز، روی، آهن، مس و بور موثر است و در بین بقایای گیاهی بیشترین غلظت عناصر پرمصرف و کم مصرف و وزن خشک کل مربوط به تیمارT2 : کاربرد 50 % کاه جو + ماشک گل خوشه ای )کود سبز( بود. همچنین با افزایش کود نیتروژن میزانجذب عناصر آهن، روی و منگنز افزایشیافت ولی میزان مس در دانه گندم کاهش یافت. برهمکنش بقایای گیاهی و کود نیتروژن بر وزن خشک کل معنی دار بود، به طوری که کاربرد270 کیلوگرم اوره در هکتار در تیمار T2 نسبت به 360 کیلوگرم اوره در هکتار در تیمار بدون کاربرد بقایای گیاهی 8/ 11 درصد وزن خشکبیشتری حاصل شد. بنابراین مدیریت بقایای گیاهی و کود نیتروژن در افزایش کیفیت و کمیت گندم نقش بسزایی دارد.
